A personal introduction, not a cold list
- Tell me about your move. Where you're going (or coming from), whether you're buying, selling or both, and your timing.
- I find a REALTOR® in that market. I use my eXp Realty network and other licensed agents, and look for someone who works in the area and type of property you need.
- I introduce you. I pass on your details only with your OK, and you decide whether to work with them.
Good to know
- No charge to you for the introduction. When a referral leads to a sale, the agents' brokerages usually share a referral fee between them. In Alberta, I'll tell you in writing about any referral fee or benefit before you agree.
- You're free to choose. You don't have to work with the agent I suggest, and you can ask for another name.
- Licensing is local. I'm licensed in Alberta. The agent you're introduced to is licensed where the property is and handles that transaction.
